Associate Physical Therapist
About The Position
Professional Physical Therapy is seeking an Associate Physical Therapist for a part-time position (20-30 hours/week) in Billerica, MA. This role is new-grad friendly and offers an hourly rate of $45-$60, commensurate with experience, certifications, and performance incentives. Requirements
- Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
- A team-first mindset and commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
- Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
