About The Position
The Acute Care Pharmacy Tech I performs duties relating to the filling and dispensing of unit dose and stock medications from the pharmacy to the nursing units and other ancillary departments in a prompt accurate manner. Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Texas Registered Pharmacy Technician License upon hire
- Texas Pharmacy Technician Trainee License upon hire
Nice To Haves
- Graduate of a Pharmacy Technician program
- Inpatient experience
- Previous experience with Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs)
- Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR)
