About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join its National Branch. In this frontline role, the banker builds relationships with customers through in-branch interactions, scheduled conversations, and proactive outreach. The banker learns about customers’ goals and connects them with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools to help them manage their finances. The role supports account openings, service requests, and credit applications while collaborating with branch teammates to deliver a consistent customer experience. Success requires relationship-building, sound judgment, and balancing service with growth. Wells Fargo provides training and coaching to support career growth and mobility. The position includes cash handling and teller-line activities, customer banking support, and digital-tool adoption, with an emphasis on account openings and ongoing account support. The schedule includes Saturdays. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies concerning financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background. A credit report may be reviewed, excluding the credit score, and additional ongoing screening may apply. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
SAFE registration is required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo will initiate the process after the start date.
Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background.
Must comply with applicable policies and procedures and risk and compliance obligations.

Deliver accurate, compliant service and exercise sound judgment within defined risk controls.
Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers or other specialists.
Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities to support branch operations.
Follow applicable policies and procedures, fulfill risk and compliance obligations, and escalate and remediate issues appropriately.
