About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join its National Branch in Jackson, Mississippi. In this frontline role, you will build customer relationships through in-branch interactions, scheduled conversations, and proactive outreach. You will learn about customers’ goals and connect them with suitable banking products, services, and digital tools. You will support account openings, service requests, and credit applications while working with branch teammates to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Success depends on strong relationship building, sound judgment, and balancing customer service with growth. Wells Fargo provides training and coaching to support long-term career growth and mobility. The position supports branch operations by flexing between cash handling and customer banking activities, with an emphasis on account openings and ongoing account support. The schedule includes Saturdays. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo will initiate the process after the start date. Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies, including standards concerning financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background. A credit report may be reviewed, excluding the credit score, and additional ongoing screening may apply. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
SAFE registration is required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo will initiate the process after the start date.
Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and comply with Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background.
