About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join its National Branch in Yerington, Nevada. In this frontline role, the banker builds customer relationships through in-branch interactions, scheduled conversations, and proactive outreach, learns about customers’ goals, and connects them with relevant banking products, services, and digital tools. The role supports account openings, service requests, and credit applications while collaborating with branch teammates to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Success requires strong relationship-building, sound judgment, and balancing customer service with growth. Wells Fargo provides training and coaching to support career growth and mobility. The position supports branch operations by flexing between cash handling and customer banking activities, with an emphasis on account openings and ongoing account support. A schedule that includes Saturdays is required. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date. Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo standards regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background. A credit report may be reviewed, and additional ongoing screening may apply. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The base pay range is $21.00–$28.00, with pay varying based on factors such as performance, skills, experience, and work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentives. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
SAFE registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo will initiate the process after the start date.
Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies, including standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background.

Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers or other specialists.
Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities to support branch operations.
Follow applicable policies and procedures, fulfill risk and compliance obligations, and timely escalate and remediate issues.
