About The Position

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a People & Culture Associate to support our US Network teams within the content & programming divisions. The HR Associate will play a key role in managing projects, leveraging data & analytics to drive informed decision-making, and provide administrative support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ practical work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience with HR data & analytics, project management, and / or HRIS systems in a related in is strongly preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel, and HRIS systems (Workday)
  • Experience in working with a culturally diverse workforce
  • Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Must have the legal right to work in the US

Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership & Advisory Partner with clients to provide People & Culture support, including coaching, org design, talent planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Maintain a positive work environment through effective P&C practices and employee support.
  • Uphold confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of People & Culture work.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of P&C initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of initiatives (e.g., compensation planning, promotions, annual rewards).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of P&C programs.
  • Partner with the P&C team on the rollout of internal training and change management initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships with P&C specialist teams (Staffing, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated and consistent support to the business.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate insights on employee performance, retention, and engagement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership highlighting trends, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within P&C operations and data management.
  • Handle routine inquiries related to P&C policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Provide administrative support across core P&C processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
