An exciting opportunity as arisen to join the People & Culture team at Trinity College London. As People & Culture Business Partner you will play a key role in delivering people solutions in line with company objectives. You will work closely with leaders across the business providing expert advice across the people lifecycle, with an emphasis on managing people risk, improving performance, and driving engagement. In this role you will also lead on employee relations cases and act as an escalation point for more complex situations such as grievance or disciplinary. There will also be opportunity to be involved in workforce and succession planning.
