Position Type: Temporary (Contract Period: 6 months - 9 months) | Schedule: 4 Days per week, 10 Hours per day, Tuesday - Friday, 7am-5:30pm | Location: Brier Clinic, San Bernardino, CA | There are no hybrid or remote options Benefits: This position is only eligible for CA Sick Time (pro-rated based upon hours)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field is required
Valid CA Driver's License and auto insurance required
Seven (7) plus years of progressive experience in Business partnering and technical experience that demonstrates expertise as a Subject Matter Experience within the Business Partner space required.
Must be able to multi-task, strong presentation skills.
Ability to use numerous computer programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations related to employee benefits and compensation administration.
Understanding of human resource policies and programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence results across all levels of the organization.
Advanced experience with Excel and strong proficiency with PowerPoint for the creation of complex presentations.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visas.

Nice To Haves

Preference for candidates holding a master's degree.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
CCP - Certified Compensation Professional preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
