Position Type: Temporary (Contract Period: 6 months - 9 months) | Schedule: 4 Days per week, 10 Hours per day, Tuesday - Friday, 7am-5:30pm | Location: Brier Clinic, San Bernardino, CA | There are no hybrid or remote options Benefits: This position is only eligible for CA Sick Time (pro-rated based upon hours)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field is required
  • Valid CA Driver's License and auto insurance required
  • Seven (7) plus years of progressive experience in Business partnering and technical experience that demonstrates expertise as a Subject Matter Experience within the Business Partner space required.
  • Must be able to multi-task, strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to use numerous computer programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations related to employee benefits and compensation administration.
  • Understanding of human resource policies and programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence results across all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced experience with Excel and strong proficiency with PowerPoint for the creation of complex presentations.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visas.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for candidates holding a master's degree.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • CCP - Certified Compensation Professional preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
