Pediatric Dentistry of Shreveport-Bossier is seeking an Associate Pediatric Dentist to join its busy, established team and provide care to children and families in the Shreveport/Bossier community. The practice reports strong patient demand and an active patient base, with annual earning potential of $600,000–$800,000.

The role involves providing pediatric dental care in a safe, welcoming setting, with an emphasis on positive, stress-free visits for children and supportive relationships with families. The practice offers preventive care, restorative treatment, sedation, and special needs dentistry. It has six locations serving Shreveport, Bossier City, Natchitoches, Minden, Ruston, and Alexandria/CenLA.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency program.
• Louisiana dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, patient, and team-oriented approach to care.
