Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, and Department Manager, provides care to the Emergency Department or Critical Care patient. Requirements

• Completion of 1 clinical semester of nursing school, or 1 year as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Corpsman in the Armed Services, PCT, or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in an acute hospital setting, sub-acute long term care setting or outpatient/home health setting.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) - provided by St. Joseph Hospital

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of experience working in an emergency department as an EMT or CNA.
