The Associate Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service to patients or visitors in person or by phone. This role acts as a liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow of the patient experience. It is ideal for individuals early in their career, involving learning and gaining experience in all core front and back office duties. Typically supports routine and basic healthcare services to ensure smooth clinic operational excellence in support of Providence patients and their families. Providence is growing and hiring for multiple openings in Primary Care and Specialty Care Clinics in the Portland Metro Area (Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, and Yamhill Counties).
