About The Position

The Associate Pastor works alongside the Lead Location Pastor to help people find and follow Jesus. This person will care for people, develop leaders and volunteers, and help our church family connect, grow, and serve. We’re looking for a relational leader who can turn vision into action. Responsibilities

• Partner with the Lead Pastor to carry out the church’s vision and priorities.
• Provide pastoral care through prayer, visits, and support.
• Recruit, equip, and encourage ministry leaders and volunteers.
• Help people connect with the church, grow in faith, and find places to serve.
• Teach or preach as needed and help lead weekend services.
• Collaborate with staff to plan events, outreach, and ministry initiatives.
• Oversee assigned ministry areas and help them grow in health and effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
