Associate Partnerships Manager

Nema Health,
Onsite

About The Position

Nema Health is a survivor- and clinician-led virtual treatment program for PTSD and trauma, aiming to help trauma survivors find lasting peace and healing through accessible, trauma-specialized, and patient-centered virtual, evidence-based treatment. This role offers a career opportunity to be part of a mission-driven company during a pivotal growth stage, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-moving environments, value systems thinking, and are passionate about expanding access to mental health care. As an Associate Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in Nema’s mission to provide trauma survivors with access to necessary care. This is a provider-facing field role focused on growing patient referrals by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare partners and their teams, including primary care physicians, specialists, case managers, office managers, discharge coordinators, and medical assistants. While there may be opportunities to expand into non-healthcare partnerships, the primary focus remains within healthcare. Success will be measured by transforming a new territory into a consistent source of provider referrals, establishing Nema as a trusted clinical resource for providers dealing with trauma and PTSD, shortening the sales cycle for referrals, and acting as a conduit for market feedback to improve the provider experience. The impact of this role will be evident in prioritizing patients, being a valuable referral partner, and ensuring all parties in the care delivery chain are managed with care. This is a full-time, field-based position requiring approximately 60% of the workweek (typically 3 days) to be spent traveling locally within a 2-hour driving radius of the assigned territory. The role requires residing within the territory, possessing a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle, and comfort with independent driving. It is an individual contributor role with responsibility for developing provider relationships and driving referral growth within the market. The ideal candidate will be based in New Jersey and willing to travel throughout New Jersey, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas due to the in-person nature and travel requirements of the role.
