This role is built for a paid media specialist — someone who deeply understands paid social platforms, audience strategy, ad formats, platform requirements, optimization levers, measurement and reporting. The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical instincts, and a proven ability to manage multifaceted paid social campaigns across platforms in fast-moving client environments. While this role is primarily focused on paid media execution and performance, there will be opportunities to contribute to broader social strategy and channel thinking as the role grows.
