About The Position

We’re not your typical agency. In fact, we don’t want to be. At M Booth Health, we take pride in doing what’s right, not what’s easy. Asking the difficult questions and finding unexpected answers. Pushing ourselves and our clients to think bigger. Moving beyond imposed limits to break through and create real connection. We live our brand promise: Choose to Challenge. We're built to help organizations and brands challenge norms, drive results and improve the health and lives of those who need it most. We believe health communications can change the world. Why? Because we’ve done it before. We’ve been at the forefront of advancing some of the most urgent issues in public health and medicine for decades. Our teams are purpose-built to challenge the status quo and drive results—for our clients and for the health and well-being of people around the world. M Booth Health’s growth has allowed for the building of a dynamic team of agency veterans and new talent with a broad range of backgrounds to match our diverse client mix, including leading pharma, biotech, and health tech companies. We want people who are just as passionate about health as we are. People who are serious about the work, but not too serious to have some fun while doing it. Candidates who bring big thinking and even bigger ambition; who are willing to push boundaries and challenge norms. And most importantly, who lead with kindness and humanity above all else. Does that sound like you? We are actively seeking an Associate, Paid Social to join our social media team. This role is built for a paid media specialist — someone who deeply understands paid social platforms, audience strategy, ad formats, platform requirements, optimization levers, measurement and reporting. The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical instincts, and a proven ability to manage multifaceted paid social campaigns across platforms in fast-moving client environments. While this role is primarily focused on paid media execution and performance, there will be opportunities to contribute to broader social strategy and channel thinking as the role grows.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on paid social experience, with a strong focus on campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience executing paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
  • Strong command of Ads Managers, including campaign structure, audience building, budget pacing, and performance optimization.
  • Comfort managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into clear recommendations.
  • Experience developing performance reports and communicating results clearly to internal teams and clients.
  • Experience working in a client service and integrated agency environment.
  • A consistent commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and an interest in contributing meaningfully to DE&I efforts.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a strong desire to deliver excellent work in a fun, non-hierarchical environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with programmatic paid is a bonus, but not required
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or regulated industry environment is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid social execution and optimization across a portfolio of clients, managing campaigns from setup through launch, real-time optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage audience strategies (targeting, retargeting, lookalikes, etc.) aligned to campaign objectives and platform best practices.
  • Build, traffic, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube, with a strong command of formats, placements, specs, and platform nuances.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail; develop campaign paid trackers to coordinate closely with account teams to monitor spend, ensure accurate flighting, and proactively flag risks / optimization.
  • Monitor performance daily and optimize in real time — adjusting creative, targeting, budgets, and flighting to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Partner closely with creative and account teams to ensure paid assets are optimized for performance and aligned with campaign goals.
  • Deliver clear, actionable measurement and reporting, translating performance data into insights, optimizations, and recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, new ad products, and evolving paid social best practices — bringing proactive recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to broader social and digital strategy discussions where appropriate, as a growth opportunity rather than a core expectation.

  • A workplace that’s alive with courage, ideas, respect, and humanity
  • A fully hybrid work experience designed to give you the choice around where and how you work best
  • Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career
  • Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family
  • A 401(k) plan, health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts
