About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Orthodontist to diagnose, prevent, and treat dental and facial irregularities. The ideal Lead Area Orthodontist is passionate about delivering high-quality orthodontic care, building strong relationships with patients, and working collaboratively with a dental team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
Valid state dental license and orthodontic certification
Strong knowledge of modern orthodontic techniques and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and commitment to patient care

Nice To Haves

Experience with clear aligner therapy (e.g., Invisalign or similar systems)
Comfort with digital orthodontic tools and practice management software
Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

Examine patients to assess orthodontic needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Diagnose and treat misaligned teeth and jaws using braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances
Take and analyze dental impressions, X-rays, photographs, and digital scans
Adjust, repair, and remove orthodontic appliances as treatment progresses
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care
Monitor treatment progress and modify plans as necessary
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sterilization standards
Collaborate with general dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
