About The Position

White Orthodontics is seeking a talented and personable Associate Orthodontist to join their established practices in O’Fallon and Florissant, Missouri. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Richard J. White, care for an established patient population, and join teams committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. The practice is supported by Southern Orthodontic Partners, which provides administrative support in areas such as operations, marketing, recruiting, HR, and finance, allowing doctors to focus on patient care and career development. This is a full-time, four-day-per-week position, offering a balance between a rewarding clinical career and personal life. The role involves practicing across two locations, contributing to patient access and community involvement.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program
• Certificate of completion from an accredited postgraduate orthodontic program
• Current Missouri dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Open to experienced orthodontists and upcoming graduates
