About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Associate defines the luxury lifestyle shopping experience through building lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and partners by processing customer orders accurately and on time, which directly influences sales and the customer experience. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process clienteling (VTC) and online orders accurately and on time by: Producing product pick lists multiple times per day as needed Ensuring that pending orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt Entering shipping confirmations into the database in a timely manner Organizing the pick route based on volume and customer express orders Processing and updating orders in the appropriate systems Packing and preparing orders for shipment Ensure all customer orders are fully inspected before being packed for shipment, specifically to track the following: Shoes checked to avoid being mismatched Product checked for quality, newness, and damage Order labels matching the destination Update and maintain all systems by: Tracking order notifications on the portal and in apps Prioritizing and activating orders based on time sensitivity Packing, shipping, and confirming all orders in a timely manner Receiving and safely storing all orders as required Process customer returns sent back to the stores: Control, track, and log all in-store returns Review returned merchandise to ensure the following: Confirm that the customer order and returned product match the original order number Check for customer notes from the Customer Service Centre on file Confirm that all return dates comply with the policy Examine merchandise to ensure it is in saleable condition Process refunds to finalize the process Return saleable merchandise to the appropriate department Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve a superior order compliance rate Provide feedback to the system administrator on the overall program Resolve compliance issues in a timely manner Ensure that VTC / online order policies and procedures are followed Perform other assigned duties Track and log the management reporting system Maintain a high order processing rate Update cancelled item reports twice a week and notify sales advisors Maintain the filing system Order and restock packaging supplies as needed based on volume Ensure compliance with privacy, regulations, and cybersecurity measures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Highly detail-oriented personality
  • Computer and systems expertise (POS, IP, VTC, SAP, etc.)
  • Highly service-oriented attitude with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication in French and English
