About The Position

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist. This role involves providing high-quality optometric care and service to patients. The practice is an independent entity where Luxottica operates the optical dispensary, and the affiliated doctor manages the doctor's office. The terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours are negotiated directly between the Associate Doctor and the Subleasing Doctor. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree.
• Affiliation with a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist.
• Ability to work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist.
• Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing doctor.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with digital eye examination technology (Clarifye).
• Experience with Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
• Familiarity with automated on-line appointment book and patient recall systems.
