About The Position

Lexington Facial & Oral Surgery is looking to add a new associate for growth in the fall of 2028. Located in Lexington, SC, Dr. Patrick Scioscia has built a successful practice and is ready to bring in a new surgeon to ultimately succeed him and carry on the legacy of LFOS. The state-of-the-art facility was built around the needs of an OMFS practice and handles a wide variety of cases, including bread & butter cases and implant surgery. New surgeons will have mentorship offerings and exposure to all types of cases, with the opportunity to focus on specific surgical interests. This is an opportunity for a surgeon to establish roots in an established and reputable practice. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, willing to work with marketing teams to grow their referral base and strengthen community ties. They should be motivated, a strong team leader, and focused on patient care and surgical skills. Dr. Scioscia will guide the new associate, while USOSM provides business support.
