About The Position

The purpose of this job is to keep the warehouse clean and in orderly condition. This role performs general housekeeping, cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, and/or scrubbing. The Associate, Operations Utility supports and follows all Loss Prevention and Safety policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives. They perform monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned. This role also cleans and maintains floor scrubber equipment to ensure proper operation and works with Tennant and Maintenance regarding operational issues with the equipment. The position maintains accurate inventory of propane used for floor scrubbers and communicates replenishment needs, as necessary. Additionally, the Associate, Operations Utility assists with Case Seal operations on high-volume days or as needed based on business demands. They maintain flexibility with work hours and shift assignments during Safety Week, including working additional hours and supporting various shifts as needed. This role also cleans exterior lower-level windows on the west and north sides of the building. Daily computer and motorized cart usage is also required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Entry level; zero years of relevant work experience
