About The Position

You will be helping a team with the processing of daily tasks and will handle escalations and investigations in a timely manner. You will be assisting branches with Telephone call and assist where required to help maintain balance in work volumes within the team. You will meet SLAs and be prepared to put in some overtime when required as volumes fluctuate throughout the months, and during RRSP season.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple requests and be able to prioritize.
  • Ability to handle high volumes at peak times in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work overtime when required to meet SLA’ and high volumes.
  • Strong customer service, be able to follow our model of Client’s First attitude.
  • Be able to understand when a request is urgent and how to resolve it.
  • Be willing to cross train with the group to perform various duties as requested.
  • Attention to details is a must requirement.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge reconciliation of accounts.
  • High accuracy in processing, be able to provide assistance to other team members when required.
  • Be comfortable in dealing with branch inquiries.
  • Knowledge of BTS, ServiceLink, Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Will be cross trained within the team to be able to prioritize work and assist where it is most needed.
  • Assist with processing banking information for our clients’ accounts.
  • Assisting with Bank Reconciliation
  • Assist with processing various forms in Vitria/Workflow along with Servicelink requests and Inquiries.
  • Answering Telephone calls from the branch.
  • Assisting with bank wire fee charges to client’s accounts.
