Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy, effective written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail.
  • A basic understanding of customer service principles and client operations.
  • Ability to follow instructions closely and work well within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to basic customer questions and handle routine operational tasks.
  • Deliver service that consistently aligns with established company standards and SLAs.
  • Work closely with team members under direct supervision to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Access public information and market resources to perform simple data analysis for client requests.
  • Document and track all client interactions, requests, and transactions accurately.
