About The Position

This role is for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in Renal Dialysis at Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network – Port Augusta. The position is Part Time, 0.53 FTE, and Ongoing. The base salary range is $107,487 - $114,917 p.a (pro rata). The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the leadership and coordination of the unit. Responsibilities include overseeing care delivery, monitoring patient outcomes, assisting with clinical, education, and operational activities, supporting staff development, contributing to rostering and resource planning, and promoting a positive team culture and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Registered or eligible for AHPRA registration with a current practising certificate.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience or currently a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.
• Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and ability to support others.
• Experience supervising students and less experienced staff.
