This role supports the SB 1264 Network Management team by managing critical administrative and operational components of the dispute resolution process. The Associate is responsible for coordinating formal mediation schedules, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry within the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) dispute resolution portal. Additionally, this role assists in the preparation, organization, and submission of arbitration documentation, including supporting materials and draft briefs. The Associate plays a key role in maintaining case tracking accuracy, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring procedural compliance across all assigned work. This position is designed to build foundational knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, regulatory dispute resolution, and negotiation workflows, with the possibility for progression into a Network Management Consultant role over time.
