About The Position

The West Campus 5th-8th Associate Minister will equip leaders to disciple students, create environments that help the student/leader relationship thrive, and help lead 5th-8th grade trips. As an equipper of leaders, the West Campus 5th-8th Associate Minister will identify, recruit, and train leaders to better disciple students. He will intentionally shepherd male leaders, so they show up consistently and intentionally in the lives of students, partner with parents, create a safe place for current and new students, and be a face of the 5th-8th ministry to the community. The West Campus 5th-8th Associate Minister will work alongside the 5th-8th Team to create a compelling and welcoming weekly Sunday morning program for 5th grade students and bolster the Home Group ministry model for Middle School students. As a connector, the West Campus 5th-8th Associate Minister will extend the reach of our ministry by building relationships with local schools and will do regular contact work with those schools.
