About The Position

The Respiratory Care Manager is responsible for the day to day functions in all care areas. He/she will provide direction and oversite for staff and develop policies and procedures that support patient safety and state of the Respiratory Care. Staff development is a key responsibility. He/she will lead and/or support the organizational direction and new program/process development, department and interdisciplinary performance improvement, product evaluation. He/she assures operational and fiscal accountabilities are met.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Bachelor's degree
• Healthcare administration or other leadership field or a Bachelors in Respiratory Care Healthcare administration or other leadership field or a Bachelors in Respiratory CareHealthcare administration or other leadership field or a Bachelors in Respiratory Care
• Valid Ohio Respiratory Care license, Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential through the NBRC.
• Current BLS CPR certification
• Valid Ohio Respiratory Care license, Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential through the NBRC.
• Current BLS CPR certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
