Associate clinicians who anticipate obtaining full licensure on or before July 1, 2027, are encouraged to apply. We'd love to support your transition to full licensure. Brightways Counseling Group, with locations across Oregon, is seeking dedicated clinicians to join our team. Requirements

  • Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
  • Associate license in Oregon: LPCA, CSWA, AMFT.
  • Associate clinicians who can demonstrate a clear path to obtaining full licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) by July 1, 2027.
  • Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
  • Passing a background check.
