About The Position

Fusion Care Group is a fun and creative outpatient mental health private practice that provides individual, group, and family therapy, psychiatric services and medication management for a wide variety of diagnoses. We have 170+ clinicians with 20 in-person offices and a fully integrated telehealth platform. The overwhelming client demand is for in-person services, and multiple offices are available. In-person work of 3 days per week is much easier to fill a schedule. This role offers the opportunity to work with children, families, couples and adults with a variety of mental health diagnoses. Areas of experience with ADHD/Depression/Anxiety/Autism Spectrum will be helpful. Experience with children is a necessity. Consultation support will be provided. Self-motivated and independent individuals will thrive in this environment.

Requirements

  • Evidence of clinical licensure in CA - AMFT / ACSW / APC / RPA.
  • At least 6 months of clinical experience working with children, youth, adults, and families with diverse clinical issues.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially using Microsoft Office and electronic health records.
  • Must be willing to work with couples, children and adolescents.
  • Experience with children is a necessity.

Nice To Haves

  • Some weekend hours Friday - Sunday in-person and weekday hours to 6pm (preferred)
  • Areas of experience with ADHD/Depression/Anxiety/Autism Spectrum will be helpful.

Responsibilities

  • In-person 3+ days per week.
  • Some weekend hours (Friday - Sunday) and weekday hours until 6pm are preferred.
  • Must be willing to work with couples, children, and adolescents.
  • Practice independently and provide professional and confidential assessment, individual, family, and group psychotherapy services.
  • Work closely with other psychology professionals in a mental health care coordination, consultation, and training role.
  • Collaborate on care coordination with schools and other involved professionals.
  • Complete diagnostic assessments, including mental health concerns, treatment plans, anxiety and depression measures, and progress measures.
  • Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
  • Document/Record Information: Enter, transcribe, record, store, or maintain information in written or electronic form.
  • Make Decisions and Solve Problems: Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Obtain information from all relevant sources.
  • Organize, plan, and prioritize work by developing specific goals and plans.
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others, handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.
  • Think creatively, developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products.
  • Communicate with supervisors, peers, and other staff by telephone, in writing, via email, or in person.
