The Member Strategy Associate is responsible for the growth and development of assigned ACC member sections, councils, and segments. This role works closely with the Team Leader and member leaders of the sections and segments to develop the respective strategy for the member group. This role is also responsible for developing and implementing an operational plan supporting the member-driven strategy which ultimately drives member value and satisfaction, product and program sales, active segment participation in the College and local chapters, and actively seek out other section/segment opportunities to support key ACC strategic initiatives.
