Associate Medical Science Liaison
About The Position
This entry-level Medical Affairs role is ideal for recent health sciences graduates and health care providers (PhD, PharmD, RN, NP, PA, or similar qualifications) who are passionate about biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and improving patient care. The Associate MSL serves as a scientific expert supporting the communication of clinical and scientific information related to regenerative medicine, tissue reconstruction and repair, biomaterials, and advanced wound care technologies. Working under the guidance of experienced Medical Affairs leaders, the Associate MSL will build scientific and medical expertise, engage with healthcare professionals, researchers and key opinion leaders, support medical education initiatives and contribute to Medical Affairs activities throughout the product lifecycle. The role emphasizes scientific integrity, professional development and external scientific engagement while helping advance innovative technologies and therapies that improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced health sciences degree required (PharmD, PhD, RN, PA, NP or equivalent degree).
- Recent graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience in academia, clinical practice, biomedical research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or medical affairs settings.
- Ability to establish professional relationships and engage effectively with healthcare professionals, scientific experts, and researchers.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive Medical Affairs onboarding and therapeutic area training programs.
- Develop scientific expertise in assigned disease states, products, clinical evidence, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscapes.
- Conduct scientific discussions with healthcare professionals under the guidance of senior Medical Affairs colleagues.
- Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific information in response to unsolicited medical inquiries.
- Support scientific presentations, educational programs, and medical congress activities.
- Contribute to literature reviews, competitive intelligence activities, and scientific landscape assessments.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable compliance, legal, regulatory, and company policies governing scientific exchange.
