We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physician with a board certification in hospice and palliative care, or a minimum of two years of experience in hospice and end-of-life care. Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in hospice and end-of-life care.
• Valid medical license in the state of Colorado.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Provide expert medical guidance in pain and symptom management.
• Offer emotional support and communication to patients and their families.
• Participate in the evaluation and admission of new hospice patients.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the hospice program.
• Mentor and support healthcare staff in providing palliative and hospice care.
