About The Position

The Associate Media Director partners with Executive Directors and/or VPs to lead a team of Account Planners delivering media strategy, planning, buying, and performance analysis for agency clients. This role requires deep experience across traditional and digital media, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide both branding and performance-driven campaigns. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, oversee team development, ensure financial and operational excellence, and contribute to agency growth through new business development and pitch participation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of agency experience with deep knowledge of traditional and digital media
  • Proven ability to translate client goals into measurable media strategies and KPIs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships and multiple projects
  • Analytical, results-driven, and proactive problem solver
  • Proficiency with media planning tools; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
