About The Position

The Associate Mechanical Manufacturing Value Engineer is responsible for driving mechanical cost reduction, manufacturability improvements, supplier optimization, and quality enhancements across new and existing products. Working closely with Mechanical Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Supplier Quality, and external fabrication partners, this role develops high-value mechanical solutions that improve product quality, manufacturability, reliability, and cost competitiveness. The engineer supports both new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining products by applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Value (DFV) principles across a broad range of mechanical fabrication technologies. The role serves as a key technical interface between engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure robust production processes and continuous product cost reductions throughout the product lifecycle.
