About The Position

IXL Learning is seeking an Associate Math Curriculum Designer to join its Print & Instruction team. The role supports the creation of high-quality graphic design for Takeoff by IXL by coordinating graphic design work and reviewing designs for visual style and overall effectiveness. The position requires problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail, a strong visual eye, commitment to quality, and an understanding of student experience.

This is a full-time position based in IXL’s Raleigh, North Carolina-area office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience teaching or tutoring elementary, middle, and/or high school students.
• Classroom teaching experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Interest or experience in graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation of high-quality print student materials for Takeoff by IXL.
• Review print designs for accuracy, visual appeal, potential student pain points, and overall effectiveness.
• Propose creative solutions to design challenges.
• Manage schedules and assignments for the team of graphic designers.
• Collaborate with other curriculum designers to ensure high-quality content.
