About The Position

The Associate Marketing Specialist, Surgical Robotics is responsible for supporting the execution of regional marketing activities across the EMEA region, ensuring high-quality operational coordination and alignment with business objectives. This includes supporting customer-facing programs, congresses, demonstrations, society engagements, and the development of localized marketing collateral while collaborating closely with regional marketing, country marketing, sales, medical education, events, and external partners. The role is fully remote and plays a key part in translating marketing plans into seamless execution across markets. Travel across the EMEA region is expected approximately 30–60% of the time, depending on congresses, demonstrations, and regional marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related field
  • Early career experience in marketing, project coordination, events, sales support, or commercial operations, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated industry
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience supporting marketing events, congresses, customer programs, or field marketing activities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international matrix environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail, execution quality, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other digital collaboration tools

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of EMEA Surgical Robotics marketing programs, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder alignment, timelines, and follow-up
  • Support the planning and delivery of congresses, customer events, demonstrations, workshops, and other regional marketing activities, including logistics, materials, and vendor coordination
  • Manage operational aspects of the regional demo program, including equipment scheduling, logistics, and readiness of supporting materials
  • Coordinate the localization, review, approval, and distribution of marketing collateral and sales enablement materials for EMEA markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional marketing, country marketing, sales, medical education, compliance, events, and external partners to ensure consistent and compliant execution
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and marketing assets while maintaining marketing content libraries and enablement resources
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing operations by supporting process optimization, documenting best practices, and driving operational excellence across the EMEA region
