About The Position

As the Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving occupancy and strengthening the Bridge Senior Living brand across our 19+ and growing portfolio of senior living communities. This role is designed for a highly organized marketing professional who thrives on turning strategy into execution, building strong partnerships, and delivering marketing programs that make a measurable impact. You will serve as the primary connection between the Support Center Marketing and our community leaders, partnering closely with operations, sales, executive leadership, and agency partners to bring marketing initiatives to life. From digital marketing and social media to event marketing, reputation management, email campaigns, and sales enablement, your work will directly support lead generation, occupancy growth, and the exceptional experience Bridge is known for.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably supporting a multi-site portfolio or multi-location organization
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and events
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM platforms, content management systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and online creative platforms such as Canva
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics, budgeting, and campaign performance reporting
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across community teams, agency partners, and executive leadership
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for delivering high-quality work and driving results

Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate marketing strategy into consistent execution across a 19+ and growing portfolio of senior living communities
  • Partner with community leadership to support local marketing initiatives while ensuring brand standards and marketing best practices are maintained
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, events, and reputation management
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, website content updates, and marketing automation programs that drive engagement and occupancy
  • Lead social media execution by managing content, approvals, training, and platform best practices across the portfolio
  • Develop marketing materials and sales enablement tools that support community outreach and lead generation
  • Coordinate community photography, marketing assets, print production, outdoor advertising, and event marketing initiatives
  • Support acquisitions, dispositions, and new community onboarding to ensure seamless brand transitions
  • Track budgets, marketing performance, and campaign analytics while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Build trusted relationships with community teams, agency partners, and executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered with excellence
