About The Position

Insulet is seeking a highly motivated Associate Marketing Manager to join its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team for the Omnipod brand. This role involves supporting the planning, development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across both online and offline channels. The Associate Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with external agency partners and internal stakeholders to align on media plans, budget management, and the testing and optimization of strategies and creative. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset and creative instincts, eager to contribute to the mission of simplifying the lives of people with diabetes. With experience in digital media and a willingness to explore new platforms, this individual will take ownership of projects while effectively communicating insights to leadership and collaborating with a passionate team to drive impactful DTC marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience in digital paid media, with demonstrated experience in both the analytical and the creative sides of planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with interpreting performance data.
  • Proven skills in managing agency relationships, coordinating with external partners, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple paid media activations simultaneously, coordinate complex timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on time execution.
  • Proficiency building campaigns within Meta Business Manager and Google Ads
  • Comfortable operating in regulated environments.

  • MBA
  • Med device or healthcare marketing experience
  • Experience working with reports in PowerBI

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across a mix of channels—including paid social, paid search, CTV, and emerging platforms, as well as paid landing page content.
  • Actively monitor campaign performance and report on results and key learnings.
  • Work closely with our digital media agency on paid media planning and execution, testing, optimization, and performance data.
  • Help communicate results and key learnings to cross functional stakeholders as required.
  • Assist with budget tracking and pacing to ensure media investments are on track and aligned with goals.
  • Work closely with creative teams both internally and externally to create campaign assets that will make an impact.
  • Participate in the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process for all campaign assets, managing timelines and feedback.
  • Stay current on media trends, new platforms, and opportunities for testing.
