As an Associate Marketing Lead - Institutional Asset Management within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on marketing professional to support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs for Institutional Asset Management (IAM). This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver audience-focused campaigns, thought leadership and multi-channel engagement that drive business growth across key institutional segments. Independently implements and manages a broader set of defined market programs/initiatives. Leverages a strong comprehension of marketing strategies. Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus across the partnership resulting in increased rigor around program/initiative execution. Develops and executes complex marketing programs/ initiatives and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends. Readily identifies the strategic and tactical implications. Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework. Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
