We're seeking a curious, action-oriented administrator ready to help operationalize and scale our AI-enhanced and AI-led processes to meet strategic objectives. As a member of the Learning Operations team, you'll work closely with all HubSpot Academy teams and collaborators to maintain and optimize AI-powered processes and learning experiences for our global learner base. In this role, you’ll focus on: Implementing and maintaining AI assistants, agents, and automations for the HubSpot Academy team. Building and retrofitting AI-enhanced or AI-led workflows within HubSpot Academy’s content creation processes. Ensuring operational efficiency by troubleshooting, updating, and optimizing AI-driven systems and solutions based on internal user feedback. Documenting technical procedures and support materials for scalability. Monitoring AI system performance (accuracy and efficiency); gathering feedback and usage data to identify and implement improvements. Configuring, testing, and updating AI models or integrations, including the use of prompt engineering, basic scripting, API work, and UI configuration. Supporting AI training efforts, data labeling, and reviewing outputs to improve system accuracy and value for end users.
