About The Position

The HubSpot Administrator is a builder, hands-on doer, and thought partner who wants to take a newly implemented HubSpot instance and develop it to balance daily operations with future scale and maturation to support a fast-paced organization. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to evolve HubSpot into a system teams trust and rely on for clean data, frictionless processes, and reliable reporting. As part of a small, high-impact team, you’ll operate with autonomy, digging into problems, identifying needs and proposing smart, scalable solutions that balance individual goals with the efficiency of the overall system. Reporting directly to the P/COO, this role is ideal for as systems-forward thinker who leverages technology and data analysis to bring visibility into business actions and outcomes to drive measurable success.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience administering and optimizing HubSpot in a production environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot configuration, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholder groups (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance) within a single CRM instance.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a lean environment with minimal process, high autonomy, and evolving requirements.
  • Proven ability to extract requirements, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business and product judgment, with comfort navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize inputs from various domains into actionable product / project plans and manage to a schedule.
