About The Position

The HubSpot Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, automation, and optimization of HubSpot across online sales management, lead management, and website integrations. This role is responsible for ensuring HubSpot fully supports digital demand generation, sales execution, AI-driven insights, and scalable revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience
  • Strong experience with lead management, online sales processes, and website integrations in HubSpot
  • Advanced knowledge of workflows, automation, custom objects, and reporting
  • Experience deploying and managing HubSpot AI features

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs)
  • Configure and maintain pipelines, lifecycle stages, properties, custom objects, user roles, and permissions
  • Manage sandbox environments, testing, and production deployments
  • Own HubSpot configuration for online sales management and lead lifecycle tracking
  • Implement and maintain lead capture, routing, scoring, and assignment logic
  • Ensure consistent handoff between marketing-qualified leads and sales pipelines
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with company websites, including:
  • Forms, CTAs, chatflows, and meeting links
  • Lead capture, tracking, and attribution
  • Ensure accurate data flow between websites, HubSpot, and connected tools
  • Design and maintain HubSpot workflows for lead routing, lifecycle progression, deal automation, and task creation
  • Optimize automation for scale, reliability, and performance
  • Implement and manage HubSpot AI capabilities, including:
  • Predictive lead scoring
  • AI-generated email and content tools
  • Conversation intelligence and call insights
  • AI-assisted reporting and forecasting insights
  • Evaluate new HubSpot AI features and operationalize them responsibly
  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports for leads, pipeline health, and sales performance
  • Document configurations and provide user training to drive adoption and correct usage
