About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Solutions Architect to design and implement complex system integrations that align technical capabilities with business objectives. This role focuses on bridging business strategy and technical feasibility, working closely with Sales teams to architect scalable revenue operations solutions across CRMs, ERPs, and data warehouses. You will be responsible for technical assessments, integration strategy, proof-of-concept builds, and documentation that ensures smooth handoffs to development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will translate client business processes into long-term system design logic, influence technical decisions during sales cycles, and mentor colleagues on best practices. This position thrives in a collaborative environment where technical excellence meets strategic insight, enabling clients to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technical consulting or solutions architecture, with hands-on HubSpot expertise.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent professional certifications (e.g., HubSpot Architect, Salesforce Certified Architect).
• Deep understanding of the RevOps landscape, API frameworks, data modeling, and lead-to-revenue lifecycle in high-value B2B sectors.
• Technical proficiency in HubSpot (Advanced/Admin), middleware platforms (Workato, Celigo, Zapier), SQL/Data Warehousing, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into business value and influence multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree or advanced certifications, experience in ERP integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js or Python.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams during pre-sales to identify system dependencies and technical constraints.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and design integration strategies that connect HubSpot with complex third-party systems.
• Scope solution architectures, create technical data flow diagrams, and support proof-of-concept builds to validate solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in HubSpot APIs, middleware platforms, and integration frameworks.
• Translate business processes into system design logic and ensure data integrity across integrated platforms.
• Provide clear documentation and expectations for smooth handoffs to RevOps and Development teams.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive technical environment.
