Requirements

  • High school/GED + 2 years manufacturing or operations work experience OR Associate’s + 6 months manufacturing or operations work experience OR Bachelor’s

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge
  • Understanding of analytical methods for manufacturing area
  • Ability to demonstrate technical writing capability
  • Able to demonstrate project management skills and presentation skills
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Delta V

Responsibilities

  • Perform operations in the Services Manufacturing area under general supervision.
  • Perform operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform and monitor critical processes such as weigh/dispense operations, cell bank operations, and equipment prep tasks.
  • Regularly draft and revise documents such as Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
  • Work with support groups such as Quality, F&E and Supply Chain while representing manufacturing.
