About The Position

This role involves performing tasks in a manufacturing and/or prototyping environment. The Associate Manufacturing Engineer will translate drawing requirements into detailed work instructions for the assembly, integration, and testing of complex end-products. This position requires coordination with various disciplines to ensure program schedule milestones are met and will own product schedule development, ensuring agreement amongst stakeholders. The engineer will troubleshoot issues individually and collaboratively to find quick and safe solutions that minimize schedule delays. This role demands the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities and communicate clearly to operations leadership. Maintaining accurate records and manufacturing documentation, along with adhering to established policies, procedures, and proper labor charging practices, are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
