About The Position

This role involves implementing and analyzing manufacturing plans and projects. The Associate Manufacturing Engineer will design, develop, and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems. They will also develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes, interface with engineering to coordinate the release of new products, estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements. Additionally, this role requires maintaining records and reporting systems for the coordination of manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Completed Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD and/or Pro-E
  • Knowledge in Six Sigma
  • Knowledge in technical writing
  • Knowledge in MS Project and/or MS SharePoint
