This role supports consistent and engaging employee experience by partnering in the development and delivery of aligned, transparent communication across the organization. The Associate Communications Manager collaborates with team members, leadership and cross-functional partners to execute employee communication plans that reflect Stryker’s culture, business priorities and employee needs. This individual plays a hands-on role in drafting content, coordinating communication logistics and helping manage core internal communication channels — such as email, the intranet, leadership messaging platforms and enterprise-wide events (e.g., town halls) to ensure content is timely, clear and relevant for diverse employee audiences. Develops standards and guidelines for style and content. Evaluates fit with target audience to ensure comprehension. Implements metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communication plan delivery.
