Glanbia Performance Nutrition has a portfolio that includes Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, think!®, and Amazing Grass®. Our product range spans powders, ready-to-drink beverages, bars, and capsules – formats designed for convenience and globally available through e-commerce, specialty retailers, and mass-market channels. We are hiring a new position – an Associate Manager, Social Commerce- to the Ecommerce Team! Position overview: The Associate Manager, Social Commerce is a performance-driven operational lead responsible for the commercial growth of GPN’s brands across TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and YouTube Shopping. Unlike a traditional social media role, this position focuses on the full-funnel business mechanics of social platforms—spanning eCommerce operations, catalog health, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization. You will bridge the gap between social engagement and measurable ROI, ensuring that GPN’s digital storefronts are conversion-ready and backed by a rigorous, data-driven supply chain strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management (experience specifically within TikTok Shop or Meta Shops is a significant advantage).
  • Strong Analytical Skillset: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools; ability to translate complex data into a clear narrative.

Nice To Haves

  • Platform Expertise: Familiarity with social commerce back-end tools (e.g., TikTok Shop Seller Center, Commerce Manager).
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a "test-and-learn" environment where platform features and algorithms change rapidly.
  • Certifications: Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operations across TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and emerging social commerce channels to ensure a premium consumer experience.
  • Own catalog integrity, proactively managing product listings, pricing, imagery, and real-time inventory availability.
  • Optimize digital merchandising, ensuring storefront layouts and product collections align with brand priorities and seasonal campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot technical hurdles, including API data discrepancies, listing rejections, and platform-specific policy compliance.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic promotional calendar that syncs social commerce activations with broader brand and media strategies.
  • Lead promotional setup, including offer testing, exclusive bundles, and creator-led "flash" activations.
  • Drive New Product Development (NPD) visibility, ensuring hero SKUs and innovations are prioritized for maximum conversion.
  • Lead Channel Forecasting: Develop and refine demand forecasts for social channels, partnering with Demand Planning to ensure inventory levels support viral growth and promotional spikes.
  • Analyze Performance: Track and report on daily/weekly KPIs, including Revenue, Traffic, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Creator Affiliate impact.
  • Generate Actionable Insights: Move beyond the "what" to the "why," identifying revenue drivers, inventory risks, and white-space opportunities.
  • Benchmark Competition: Monitor emerging social commerce trends and competitor tactics to keep GPN at the forefront of the industry.
  • Empower the Creator Community: Provide influencer and affiliate teams with data-backed insights on best-selling SKUs and high-converting offer mechanics.
  • Operational Support: Ensure creators are equipped with accurate product links, tracking codes, and real-time promotional details to minimize friction
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between Brand, Media, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
  • Content Strategy: Partner with Creative teams to brief and secure platform-native assets that drive social conversion.
  • Supply Chain Synergy: Work closely with Demand Planning to mitigate "out-of-stock" risks during high-traffic creator events.
