Prudential Advisors is presently looking for an Associate Program Manager to join the Wealth Consulting Team. This role will report directly to Program Manager covering Wealth Management and Financial Planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business, finance, project management, or related fields preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including data analysis, dashboards, presentations
  • Familiarity with data visualization / reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze performance data and key metrics
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for individual territories
  • Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day project coordination and operational tasks
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for Wealth Management and Financial Planning Programs, ensuring presentations align with program objectives, branding and learning standards
  • Support meetings by preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation
