Avanade's Advisory & Experiences practice focuses on driving customer value with AI and turning ideas into human impact. As the strategic and experience consulting arm of Avanade, this practice ensures enterprise technology investments deliver real business results by combining deep Microsoft expertise with strategic vision and human understanding. Their approach is comprehensive yet practical, developing strategies rooted in business objectives, designing user-friendly systems, and enabling clients to implement solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Within Organizational Change Management (OCM), consultants guide clients through the journey from awareness to adoption for critical Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and Microsoft 365 transformations. They help clients realize the full value of their Microsoft technology investments by aligning stakeholders, developing tailored change strategies, leading communications and engagement, assessing change impacts, and designing training programs. Progress is measured, insights are surfaced, and strategies are adjusted to ensure lasting impact. Microsoft is their medium, and they bring unmatched product knowledge, strategic insight, and human-centered delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years in client-facing change management roles, with prior experience in ERP and/or AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably with a global firm.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agents (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their integration into change management strategies.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments and working across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform and measure change impacts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level storytelling.
  • Flexible, analytical, AI literate, and effective in dynamic client environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with broader Microsoft ecosystem tools.
  • Willingness to travel within North America (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver organizational change management strategies for AI-enabled workplace transformation programs and ERP transformation programs with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify gaps in capabilities, culture, and processes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication planning and change impact assessments across diverse organizational levels.
  • Design and facilitate training programs to upskill client workforces and support technology adoption.
  • Define and implement change measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between change strategy, business goals, and technical delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to support program success and long-term transformation.
  • Coach client team members in change management best practices.
  • Apply design thinking and human-centered approaches to change planning and solution design.
  • Navigate ambiguity and adapt change strategies to dynamic client environments and evolving program needs.
