About The Position

The Associate Manager, Marketing Operations, will serve as the central hub for marketing and sales training support, documentation, and communication, enabling teams to scale and meet the demands of our growing Ads business. This role will create and maintain a centralized repository for standardized training materials and processes, ensure alignment across teams, and manage resources for onboarding, new ad product updates, and quarterly communications. By driving consistency and accessibility of training content, this position will reduce inefficiencies, accelerate enablement, and improve performance and customer experience. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing enablement, project management or related roles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, concise documentation

  • Experience in the marketing/advertising sector
  • Retail and national brand experience preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Background in process improvement, change management, and adoption of new tools

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a centralized hub for marketing and sales training resources and process documentation.
  • Develop and maintain standardized training materials and best practices for onboarding and enablement.
  • Drive consistent communication across teams surrounding new ad product updates, tool enhancements, impacts, and broader marketing/ads updates.
  • Ensure alignment of processes and documentation across marketing and sales functions.
  • Support teach-outs and training initiatives to improve adoption and efficiency.
