The Associate Manager, Marketing Operations, will serve as the central hub for marketing and sales training support, documentation, and communication, enabling teams to scale and meet the demands of our growing Ads business. This role will create and maintain a centralized repository for standardized training materials and processes, ensure alignment across teams, and manage resources for onboarding, new ad product updates, and quarterly communications. By driving consistency and accessibility of training content, this position will reduce inefficiencies, accelerate enablement, and improve performance and customer experience. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
